The four key Challenge areas are already high priorities on the agenda for mayors across the nation.  The Mayors' Action Challenge for Children and Families encourages mayors to set specific goals and targets that bolster their agendas and make sense in the context of local circumstances and needs.

After mayors complete the Pledge Form to sign on to the Challenge, National League of Cities staff will follow up to learn more about participating mayors' goals, targets, and timetables for action to reach those benchmarks.
